fun.rchh.ca runs fundraisers for members of the Rotary Halifax Harbour. Here's what it keeps and why.
Your login
Signing in uses My RCHH, the club's shared login for its tools on rchh.ca (provided by Clerk). Your My RCHH login holds your name, email and password or sign-in method. You can manage it under “My RCHH” in the menu. Ask the club if you'd like your account deleted.
The member list
We keep a list of current members' names and emails, supplied by the club, to check that only members take part. If you ask to be added, we keep your request and any note you wrote.
Fundraiser activity
For each fundraiser we keep what you add: for Wine Survivor, your entry, bottle photo and description, game status, and any jokes or poems you post. These are visible to other signed-in members only, never publicly.
Payments
Payments are processed by Zeffy. We never see your card details. Zeffy shares the payment's amount, date, your name and email with us so we can match it to your entry.
We email you about your fundraiser entry: payment confirmations, if you're drawn, and similar. Emails are sent through Amazon SES.
